Mindy Wilson, BSN, MSN, NNP-BC

Mindy, is a neonatal nurse practitioner with 16 years of nursing experience, including 14 years in labor and delivery and the NICU. For the past 11 years, she has proudly served as a NNP in NICUs across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama (ROLL TIDE!) and earned her graduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).

As the Co-CEO of Enlighten Infant Home Care, alongside her business partner and friend Janna Garner, also a NNP,  she is passionate about helping families remain at home during the postpartum period. We believe that every family deserves equal access to high-quality maternal and newborn care. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and resources, ensuring that families have the care they need during this important time.

Outside of work, Mindy is a proud mom of four who loves sports, traveling, and exploring the outdoors and cheering on all SEC sports and schools. Her experiences as a mother have inspired her to advocate for all families, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in our community.
